Description:

Instructions:

  1. Set up over the bar and slide your arms under it at the elbows.
  2. Brace your core and stand the bar up by extending the hips and legs.
  3. Stand tall with the bar in the crooks of your elbows.
  4. Lower under control back toward the floor.
  5. Repeat for reps.

  • Breaking position or rounding the back under load.
  • Rushing the lift instead of staying tight.
