- Exclusive Gegns Gym Events: Participate in challenges held at Gegns Gym under the supervision of our officials.
- Online Challenges: Register online at gegnsgym.com and follow the provided guidelines to participate remotely.
- Designated Locations: Join us at specific locations, such as other gyms or outdoor venues, to complete the challenge in a group setting.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
- Expert Coaching: Learn proper pull-up technique, progression strategies, and tips to optimize your performance from our experienced trainers.
- Challenge Categories: Choose the format that suits your goals and fitness level:
- Endurance Challenge: Complete as many pull-ups as possible in a set timeframe.
- Strength Challenge: Aim for the highest number of unbroken strict-form pull-ups.
- Assisted Pull-Up Challenge: Use bands or assisted machines to work toward your first unassisted pull-up.
