- Designated Locations: Join us at specific locations, such as other gyms or outdoor venues, to complete the challenge in a group setting.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?

- Challenge Categories: Choose the format that suits your goals and fitness level:
- Endurance Challenge: Complete as many pull-ups as possible in a set timeframe.

- Assisted Pull-Up Challenge: Use bands or assisted machines to work toward your first unassisted pull-up.
